Stocks plunged news: Sensex rises! But these stocks fell 5% or more in Monday’s session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 17.39 points up at 73895.54 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Nutech Global(down 19.83 per cent), Nettlinx Ltd(down 19.37 per cent), National Oxygen(down 11.89 per cent), Daulat Sec(down 9.99 per cent) and Moschip Tech(down 9.99 per cent) stood among the top losers in today’s trade.

In the Nifty pack, 24 stocks closed in the green, while 26 stocks ended in the red.

The index closed 33.15 points down at 22442.7.

On the BSE, Signpost India, Future Supply Chain, Starcom Info, Deccan Poly and Vitesse Agro L hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Sri Nachammai, GRP Ltd, Parle Industries, Ganges Securities and Dolat Invst touched their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade.
