This ‘hated, under-owned’ stock is a ‘true AI winner’ says Mizuho By Stuffsearth.com

Mizuho analysts labeled Adobe Systems (NASDAQ:) a “true AI winner” in a new note Friday. Analysts highlighted the under-appreciated potential of Adobe’s AI technology and the opportunity for significant future gains.

“Personally, I love this contrarian positive call,” the analysts enthusiastically state in the report. They find Adobe’s current lack of popularity an advantage, suggesting significant potential for new investment. “Skepticism remains extremely high and a lot of potential new money to come into the stock in coming 6-12 months if our bullish thesis plays out,” they add.

Mizuho’s report details how Adobe is positioned to capitalize on AI through its existing products and pricing strategies. While Firefly, Adobe’s core creative AI engine, is well-known, the analysts emphasize a broader range of AI offerings. These offerings can not only attract new users but also encourage existing customers to upgrade within Adobe’s extensive creative suite.

Mizuho points to Adobe’s recent “much-needed beat and raise on core net new ARR metric in Q2 / Q3” as a catalyst for renewed investor interest.

The firm recommends further research on Adobe for investors seeking a “totally contrarian long that is still hated and under-owned” with “modest downside risk.” Mizuho maintains a Buy rating and a $640 price target for ADBE.
