NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 732.96 points down at 73878.15 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Revathi Equip(down 33.45 per cent), Natura Hue Chem(down 11.29 per cent), Kriti Ind(down 11.15 per cent), Reetech Internationa(down 10.38 per cent) and Coforge(down 10.11 per cent) stood among the top losers in today’s trade.
In the Nifty pack, 15 stocks closed in the green, while 35 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 172.36 points down at 22475.85.
On the BSE, Tulasee Bio Eth, Emami Paper Mil, Ibull Housing Fin(PP), Ganon Products and Signpost India hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Rane Brake Lin, Arrow Greentech, Tokyo Plast Int, Oriental Hotels and Daulat Sec touched their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade.
