The Kolkata doctor rape murder case has become a hot topic in India. Due to the severity of the crime, the case has now been transferred to CBI. The doctors and people around the nation have embarked on the roads to stage their protest asking for justice for the victim. The Trinamool Congress Party are protesting against the medical college and hospital.
TMC MP Shatrughan Sinha participated and expressed his opinions on the RG Kar Rape-Murder case and its aftermath. He thrashed the opposition over their demand for resignation from the West Bengal’s Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
Shatrughan Sinha cited the past case of Sandeshkhali village in the North 24 Parganas district. “We will not forget Sandeshkhali. These people said that a woman CM is behind the case in Sandeshkhali and demands Mamata ji’s resignation as if their father’s rule is going on,” said Shatrughan Sinha. He also pointed towards the failure of the BJP in the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
“Look at their arrogance, they used to say that this time it will cross four hundred. Will they buy it from the market? Forget about crossing four hundred. Not 300, not even 250 could come.” said angered Shatruan Sinha while recalling the performance of the central government in Lok Sabha Elections 2024.
While remembering his past, the actor said that he is extremely sad about the incident at RG Kar Hospital. He is currently with the doctor’s family. “There was a time when I also wanted to become a doctor, but could not. My brother is also a doctor,” said Shatrughan Sinha.
Shatrughan Sinha supported CM Mamta Banerjee, “Doctors are now demanding their protection under the Central Protection Act, so what can Mamta ji do in this?” He also called out the fake news which were spreading through Whatsapp university. The autopsy report of the RG Kar Hospital victim states that there is no pelvic girdle, no collar bone, and no other bone fracture.
He hinted at a conspiracy of the central government in the case and said, ‘Is Delhi behind all this?’ Shatrughan Sinha accused the Central government of doing politics on sensitive issues. The actor is a TMC MP from Asansol.
