Coinbase employees' demands to remove top executives from company via anonymous petition

On July 10, an anonymous user posing himself as a Coinbase employee posted a petition and demanded the removal of three executives for their role in the company's bad working culture.
The post went viral, which was claiming failures of the exchange's non-fungible token (NFT) infrastructure, an aggressive recruiting approach, miscommunication, and a condescending attitude from the CPO, COO, and Chief People Officer. As of now, the post has been deleted.
In that since-deleted post, which also got circulated on social media says:
"We the employees at Coinbase believe that the executive team has recently been making decisions that are not in the best interests of the Company, its employees, and its shareholders. COO Emilie Choi, CPO Surojit Chatterjee, and Chief People Officer LJ Brock have been the most prominent executives who have been executing plans and ideas that have led to questionable results and negative value."
In reply to that post, the CEO of Coinbase, Brian Armstrong, addressed the claims in a tweet thread. He also mentioned in his tweet that "Posting this publicly is also deeply unethical because it harms your fellow co-workers, along with shareholders and customers. It's also dumb because if you get caught you will be fired, and it's just not an effective way to get what you claim to want."
Currently, the company has not verified the employee who wrote that post but claimed the allegations are consistent with workplace issues.
